The Strength Hall
Two thousand square feet of platforms, racks, and calibrated plates. Eight squat stations so nobody queues on a Monday evening.
Home / Facilities
We built the gym we always wanted to train in. Tours run all day, just walk in and ask at the desk.
The short version
The machines are picked for durability, the racks are set wide enough to actually lift between them, and the music stays at a volume that lets you think. Everything here earned its spot because members use it every day.
We open the doors at 5:30 on weekdays and the floor is cleaned on a cycle all day, not just once at night. If something is broken you tape a note to it and it gets fixed, usually within the week.

Six zones, one building

Two thousand square feet of platforms, racks, and calibrated plates. Eight squat stations so nobody queues on a Monday evening.

Four lanes, kept at eighty degrees, open from the moment we unlock the doors. Lane reserved for lap swimming at all times.

Treadmills, rowers, bikes, and stair climbers with a view over the floor. Thirty second wait policy, we count.

Sixty feet of indoor turf for sled pushes, carries, and the kind of conditioning you cannot do on a machine.

Six heavy bags, a double end bag, and pad work with coaches who fought. Wraps and gloves available at the front desk.

Warm, dim, and quiet, with mats, blocks, and straps provided. Heated flow classes run three evenings a week.
The small stuff
Child minding runs weekday mornings from 8 to 11:30 and costs five dollars for the first child. Book a spot at the desk the day before.
